PA AVOCA — Avoca Borough Council approves building maintenance and rejects gas line easement. The five-member council unanimously approved a $4,878 replacement of the heating and air conditioning system's blower motor and wheel housing at the Borough Building, along with a $1,149 renewal of the QuickBooks subscription. In its most significant action, the council voted unanimously to reject a proposed easement agreement with G-C Prime, L.P. to run a gas line through town.
